1. Who we are

The Next Chapter publishes digital how-to e-books, including Her Money, Her Future. “We” and “us” mean The Next Chapter. “You” means the person who bought the book or is reading it.

2. Your licence to read the book

When you buy the book you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it. That licence belongs to you and cannot be given away or sold.

You may:

• Read it online on any device you own.
• Print one copy, or export a PDF, for your own personal use.
• Fill in the worksheets for yourself.

You may not:

• Sell, resell, lend, rent, or redistribute the book or any part of it.
• Upload it to a file-sharing site, a course, a group, or an AI training set.
• Copy its text, worksheets, or diagrams into your own product.
• Share your sign-in with anyone else. One purchase covers one reader.

3. Your account and access

Your access is tied to the email address you used at checkout. Keep that email account secure. If we have reasonable evidence that access is being shared or resold, we may end it. If you lose access, email us and we will restore it for the original buyer.

4. This book is education, not advice

Her Money, Her Future is educational material only. It does not provide individualised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and reading it does not create an adviser or fiduciary relationship with us.

Every example, figure, and projection in the book is illustrative. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest. Past performance does not predict future results, and nothing in the book is a promise or guarantee of any outcome. For advice about your own situation, speak with a licensed professional.

5. Accuracy and outside links

We work from official public sources and state our assumptions, but rules, limits, and tax figures change over time. The book is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of its publication date. Where we link to outside websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

6. Price and payment

The book is sold for $15 USD as a one-time payment, charged through our payment provider. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. The price covers the book as it exists today, including any corrections we make.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Who owns the content

All text, worksheets, diagrams, and design in the book belong to The Next Chapter and its author. Buying the book gives you the licence described above. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

9. Fair use of this site

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to this site or another reader’s account.

10. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the book or this site is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store grows, for example when we publish new books. The version in force when you bought your copy continues to apply to that purchase. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.

12. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
